The Official Start..........Week One Day One.....

Guess what girls, I've gained alot of weight over the last 10 years. My life has been consumed with being a wife, mother, teacher.....ect. I think when your kids are small we all go on survival and convience mode. What is the fastest thing I can make or eat just to get through. You are also surrounded by "kid-friendly" meals all the time. Macaroni and Cheese, chicken nuggets, hamburger, chips,......you mom's know what I'm talking about.

The time has come for me to step back and look at what I am doing. My blood pressure has been up and it really got my attention. I need to start thinking about health. I am going to have to learn and teach my kids to eat healthy and like it. So here we go...............our adventure begins!

My husband and I started in January. I post our progress...or in my case lack of progress every tuesday...it's a great way to stay accountable!
The best way is to do it together...our kids aren't eating nearly as much 'junk' as they used to simply because it's not in the house.

Good for you, Miranda! John and I decided to go on an undiet back in October -- life style change instead of yo-yo dieting. We simply started exercising (I started with just 15 minutes and slowly added 5 minutes until I was up to the 35 I wanted each time), and using a really simple calorie counting site. That site made it soooooo easy! Wishing you lots of luck :) Can't wait to hear and see how well you do!

hello everyone. I'm honestly into shoes and I had been looking allowing for regarding that particular model. The prices due to the fact that the boots were around 220 bucks on every page.
